Alba Paola is Spanish/American, raised in Miami and mother to two incredible children, Although currently living in Barcelona, Alba has a busy online presence and works with clients at a distance through zoom,  

Alba holds two degrees, one in Psychology and another in Brennan's Healing Science, and has been trained in various alternative healing methods such as reiki, yoga, breath work, crystal healing, etc.

She has worked for almost 10 years in the mental health field, from a yoga and meditation instructor at a holistic family psychiatry clinic to a mental health and addiction center. Alternative healing methods have always been the foundation of her practice.

After completing her certification as a Brennan Healing Science practitioner, Alba formed her private practice where she receives clients of all ages from all over the world. She has also given Brennan's Hands of Light workshops in both English and Spanish. 

Alba is dedicated to teaching the self-realization of the human being and knows that we can all learn to perceive and channel universal energies. Brennan's techniques follow the rules of quantum physics and help understand the connection between cosmic energies, consciousness, and the human being. Being the master of your own energy field has many physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual benefits
