Chakra Reading + Recharge Healing

In this session, you will be given an overall assessment of the chakras before and after the ¨chelation¨ or charging of the field. This healing is meant to be a basic charge and clearing of the energy field without in depth psychospiritual guidance.

Multidimensional Energy Healing

Is an indepth and all inclusive energy healing session. All four dimensions of the human energy field are taken into consideration during this hands on, intuitive healing session. Past lives, spirit guides, karmic cyles and generational traumas are addressed during these sessions.

Universal Healing Group Sessions

Is a group healing session in which several Brennan Healing Science practitioners connect and hold space and perform a group healing on a group of anonymous partivipants. This does not require you to be on a zoom session. You simply sign up and become open to receive during the time of the healing.

Universal Healing Group Family Constellation Session

This multidimensional Brennan healing is focused on repairing and healing the relational cords between two or several people. Cords cannot and should not be cut but should be handled in a holistic and responsible manner.

Relational Cords Healing

This is an energetic restructuring of the family relational dynamic. The healing is done with three healers at a distance (via Zoom). It can be done 1-1 or in a group setting, both are highly powerful and healing. Generational traumas and family karmic cycles are addressed.

Meditation + Pranayama

In this 1-1 or group setting, we dive into the basics of meditation and breath work as well as the applied use to daily activities.

BREATHE

This in person class is a short, 30 min class designed to reconnect you to the breath at the beginning of the week. Learn and pratice the baics of breathing in a calm and harmonious environment. The art of breathing is an embodiment tool meant to be taken with you throughout the week.

STRETCH

This in person yoga class is a 90 min class designed to bring awareness to our body. Used as a moving meditation, the class pairs the breath with movement for an internal embodiment experience. Exposing any placesin contraction, we use the asanas to expand our bodies to allow more space into our physical bodies and mental space. A great compliment in the weekyl routine as a reminder to slow down, connect with the body, and release any tension thats built up during the week.. Yoga is an embodiment tool meant to be taken with you throughout the week.

PAUSE

This is a short 30 min, in person meditation class designed to bring your awareness inward, cultivate mindfulness and practice embodiment with this meditation class. Placed at the end of the week in order to get you to pause, reflect and get ready to step into the weekend.

No previous knowledge or experience with energy healing needed prior to sessions
